Overview

We are proud to announce that console game, “PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018”, has been selected as a demonstration esports title for the "Asian Games Jakarta-Palembang 2018", taking place in Indonesia this year from August 18th.

2018 marks the 18th iteration of the Asian Games, which is a continental multi-sport event organized by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). It is held every four years, and features athletes from all over Asia. This year, the Asian Games will be held in Jakarta-Palembang, Indonesia, and esports will be added as a demonstration sport for the first time ever.

Each participating country/region will form teams by selecting two exceptional players as their official representatives. These teams will face off to determine which among them has what it takes to win the gold medal at the Asian Games’ debut esports showcase.
